ACCOMMODATION
You will have the opportunity to book accommodation via the online registration process. The accommodation blocks held for the meeting are only available via the online registration process. It is strongly recommended that you book your accommodation prior to Sunday, March 31 to ensure that you receive the negotiated meeting rates. From this date, all remaining rooms will be released, and bookings will be subject to hotel availability.
Millennium Queenstown
The Millennium Hotel Queenstown is just minutes from Queenstown central shopping, entertainment and outdoor activities. The guest rooms and suites, meeting facilities, business centre, gym, feature contemporary city-inspired design.
The warmly refurbished rooms come with free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV's and sitting areas, as well as mini fridges and tea and coffee makers.
Payment & Cancellation: You will need to provide credit card details at the time of booking, during the online registration process. Cancellation of rooms prior to Sunday March 30, will not incur cancellation fees. However, accommodation cancellations following this date may incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Any changes to accommodation should be made via the Conference Managers and not directly with the hotel.
NZD $265 per room per night, for single or double occupancy, and inclusive of GST. Breakfast is an additional cost.
