The European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on May 25, 2018. The GDPR was designed to harmonise data privacy laws across Europe, to protect and empower all EU citizens' data privacy, and to reshape the way organisations across the EU region approach data privacy.

Whilst the AMSIG Meeting does not always have delegates or speakers attend from the EU, as a responsible Professional Conference Organiser we believe it is important that we follow the GDPR standards to ensure that your personal data privacy is protected.

Welcome to the AMSIG Annual Scientific Meeting 2025 - On-Demand Registration

Welcome to the online registration for the AMSIG Annual Scientific Meeting 2025. Please note that all fields marked with an * are required. If you require any assistance during this process, please get in touch with our Conference Managers via email sheryl@outshine.co.nz or phone +64 7 823 1910.

If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the Primary Email field and your own email address in the Additional Email field. All correspondence will be sent to both email addresses unless otherwise advised.

Billing Address

If your organisation has specific invoice requirements (to pay directly or for reimbursement), please provide these below. Invoices not meeting an organisation's payment policy due to incorrect or incomplete information will not be reissued.

Delegate List

Personal information is collected on behalf of the AMSIG. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, email address, organisation, and region/country. It will be distributed to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors, and provided to future organisers of the AMSIG Meeting. This list will not be provided by AMSIG to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the list, please indicate below.

On-Demand Registration Categories

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of 15% GST. Please note, credit card payments will incur a 2.0% credit card fee.
On-Demand Registration Inclusions:

  • access to on-demand sessions 16 May - 31 August, 2025

Delegate Categories:

AMSIG Member; All AMSIG members must have a current membership at the time of the meeting, to be eligible for the AMSIG Member rate.

Non-Member; Radiologists, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sports Physicians, Rheumatologists, General Practitioners.

Trainees/Registrars*; Trainees/Registrars in an accredited training program, Residents, Interns and Medical students.

Radiographers/Sonographers/MRT's and Allied Health; Sonographers, Radiographers, MRT's, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Podiatrists and Physiotherapists. Full-time University students enrolled in an Allied Health Degree, and any other Medical Imaging Technicians.

AMSIG Allied Worldwide MSK Societies; Asian Musculoskeletal Society (AMS), British Society Of Skeletal Radiologists (BSSR), European Society of Skeletal Radiology (ESSR), Indian Musculoskeletal Society (MSS), International Skeletal Society (ISS), Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Society (MUSOC), Society of Skeletal Radiology (SSR), South African Musculoskeletal Imaging Group (SAMSIG).

Delegates attending the conference under the AMSIG Allied Worldwide MSK Societies classification should be residing and employed in the country where the corresponding Allied Worldwide MSK Society is established. If you're based in Australia or New Zealand, and not affiliated with AMSIG, you should register either as a Non-Member or consider applying for AMSIG membership to avail yourself of member registration benefit.

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT
You will be required to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) during the online registration process. 

Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Ltd and incur a 2% booking fee. All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Credit card payments are processed via a secure Windcave gateway, a Level 1 service provider compliant with PCI DSS version 2.0. Registration confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent via email upon receipt of online registration.

If your organisation is paying your registration fee and has specific billing requirements, it is the delegate's responsibility to provide these details during registration. Invoices that fail to meet the organisation's payment policy due to incorrect or incomplete information will not be reissued. The delegate would then be responsible for arranging payment directly and seeking reimbursement from their organisation.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellations or registration changes must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at sheryl@outshine.co.nz and there will be no refunds for cancellations. You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Conference Managers with the replacement delegate contact details.

ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATES
Attendance certificates are only provided to individuals registered under delegate categories and are emailed at the close of on-demand viewing. Healthcare industry and exhibitor registrations do not qualify for certificates of attendance.

Your login details, to access the on-demand presentations, will be emailed on or before the 16 May.
